LiveGameAlert is owned and operated by Jeff Hoehner Sole Proprietor. This Privacy Policy explains how LiveGameAlert (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with its sports score and game-status alert service.

Information we collect

When you enroll, we collect the name and mobile number you provide, the date and source of your consent, and limited technical information used to document the request. We also maintain your alert status, opt-out status, and message-delivery records.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the requested browser-push and optional SMS services, deliver sports score and game-status alerts, process notification preferences and STOP or HELP requests, maintain service security, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with applicable requirements.

Browser notification information

When you enable browser notifications, we store the encrypted push subscription supplied by your browser, including its delivery endpoint and public encryption keys. We associate that subscription with your LiveGameAlert account solely to deliver alerts you configure. You can disable a browser at any time from the notification settings; expired or rejected subscriptions are disabled automatically.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers, such as telecommunications and hosting providers, only as necessary to operate and deliver the requested service. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We retain enrollment and messaging records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor opt-out requests, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or telecommunications system is completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any LiveGameAlert text to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to ask about or request correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain for compliance and fraud prevention.
