Terms & Conditions

LiveGameAlert is owned and operated by Jeff Hoehner Sole Proprietor. These Terms govern LiveGameAlert browser notifications and the optional recurring SMS program. By enabling notifications or affirmatively opting in to SMS, you request sports score and game-status alerts for games monitored through LiveGameAlert.

Browser push notifications

Browser notifications require a verified account and permission from each browser or device. You can withdraw permission in LiveGameAlert or your browser settings. Delivery timing can vary because it depends on the sports-data provider, your device, browser, network, and push service.

Program description and frequency

Messages may include quarter-end scores, final scores, game-status information, and score-difference alerts that you or the service administrator has configured. Message frequency varies based on the number of monitored games and events during those games.

Charges and eligibility

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or purchase.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email support@livegamealert.com. After opting out, you must send START to affirmatively reactivate the service.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Scores and game information depend on third-party data and may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable. LiveGameAlert does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

Acceptable use

The service provides general sports information. It does not provide betting odds, wagering recommendations, or sportsbook services. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the service unlawfully.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
